MyAll provides a digital platform for organising personal information, documents, and creating online wills. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the service require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be as specified at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyAll SA (Pty) Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyAll SA (Pty) Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
